27110

MICRO Miller MF 70

NO 27110

Multi-stage speed control from 5,000 to 20,000 rpm. Suitable for smallest milling diameters.

Complete with machined base of cast iron and both vertical column and compound table of treated, quality aluminium. Play-free adjustable slides. Super stable die-cast headstock, with 24 pole balanced special motor. Super stable even at high operating speeds. For working without vibration at high speeds. This enables the use of extremely small cutters.

The triple slit, hardened steel collets cover 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0 and 3.2 mm. Table with three milled T-slots (MICROMOT-Norm 12 x 6 x 5 mm). Adjustable ruler scale for easier positioning. Zero-adjustable hand wheels are calibrated to provide 1.0 mm per revolution, one division = 0.05 mm.

Technical Data:

  • 220 - 240 V, 100 W, 50/60 Hz.
  • Spindle speeds 5,000 - 20,000 rpm.
  • Table size 200 x 70 mm.
  • Travel is 134 mm (x axis), 46 mm on the y axis, Z (height) 80 mm.
  • Machine base 130 x 225 mm.
  • Total height 340 mm.
  • Weight approx. 3.5 kg.
  • The clamp blocks are included, but not the workpiece and the 3 cutters.

Steel Collets:
Six triple slit, hardened steel collets 1.0 - 1.5 - 2.0 - 2.4 - 3.0 and 3.2 mm and closure nut are included. With lock button for rapid cutter changing. MICROMOT steel collets are hardened and thus have a high, consistent flexibility. They also maintain prolonged accuracy, even after regular use (these collets should not be compared with unhardened four-slit collets of brass and aluminium). The triple slit collet is substantially more difficult to manufacture than the four-slit type, but offers a better load-bearing surface. This is especially important for cutters with small shank diameters.
